About Us Board of Directors

Property Owners Association of Greater Baltimore, Inc. (POA) is a non-profit association providing educational, legislative and networking services to businesses and individuals concerned with the welfare of the residential rental real estate market. POA’s membership consists of owners and managers of income-producing residential properties as well as businesses and individuals providing services to the residential rental real estate industry. The association provides education programs and government representation to property owners.

Legislative Representation

POA is the premiere representative of the rental property industry in the Baltimore City Council and helps shape legislation affecting rental property ownerships and management.

Your membership in the POA of Greater Baltimore Inc. also includes membership in the POA of Maryland which lobbies state legislators to favorably influence proposed legislation affecting our industry.

Networking

  • Interact with other investors, developers, vendors, suppliers, politicians, government administrators, & related professionals at our many networking events.
