The new rule is that you show up with a locksmith and change the locks at the time of the eviction. The old way, you had to have a crew of 4 or 5 guys to haul stuff out to the street. Now, you don't have to haul anything at the time of the actual eviction...just change the lock. One key advantage of this new system is that there are no more cancellations due to weather.
